SM: I volunteered for families in need during Helene and Clothing drive for the foster youth system.
AC: Was this your first time volunteering for this organization or cause? Please elaborate.
SM: No, I have volunteered with foster kids in this organization for years.
AC: Why did you choose to volunteer here for your Day of Giving?
SM: I chose to give back to the community because it felt like a meaningful way to spend my day and make a real difference!
AC: Can you tell us about your volunteer experience? What did you do? Did your time volunteering meet your expectations?
SM: I organized clothing by size collected donations. I delivered care boxes to families that weren’t able to attend. It met my expectations.
