Maritza supports Activus Connect as a Finance Director. She holds a Master Degree in Finance & Accounting and has over 20 years of progressive experience in Finance and Operations fields with Multinational Companies. During her career, Maritza managed and developed large groups of people, implemented new systems, lead business migrations and new acquisitions, and had the opportunity to work with multicultural teams. Maritza served as a Finance Professor for 7 years at a local University and also offered volunteer services at small organizations as Finance Mentor.
Focused on team development and Finance processes improvements, Maritza ultimate goal is to build solid team members and help others to succeed.
